This is my first and probably only journal entry, its for all the young budding artists.

One thing I've realised over my past 5 years of experience is that no one starts off the best of their game. many young talented people never truly discover how far they can take before they manage to bring themselves down spiritually.

You see no matter what it is that you love doing, you usually have someone to look up to in that activity (in my case it would be great sonic artists), now they'd be all phyched up and ready to mount up to their rolemodel, here's what happens-they create whatever it is that they do and then compare it to their rolemodels recent pictures, this is where it all falls down, they compare there beggining work to that of professionals and start to bring themselves down.

'I'll neva be as good as him/her'

the voice goes through your head but this is where you've got to understand, everyone starts somewhere, no one is 'naturally gifted' at what they do, anyone can do what they put thier mind to. instead of looking at rolemodels work and thinking 'i'll never be that good' look at it and say 'ill be there someday'.

Now heres what I want all my deviant friends to do, comment on this journal stating your full name and promising that no matter what happens you'll never give up hope, please this means alot to me.
